The end result looks fantastic and everyone is delighted with the workmanship. ​What also stood out was that Richard turned up on time for both the initial quotation and also for the works, which meant I could be extremely confident that we could restore the network to operation within the outage window. ​The site was also left clean and tidy which is a rarity these days. ​

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐​  ​Richard dropped by my house today to set up my NBN and Wi Fi, as I'm a total novice when it comes to IT, literally no idea. Richard was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable.
